NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to California Education Code § 5328 and § 5328.5 that no individual was nominated for one seat at large on the Governing Board of the Arena Union Elementary/Point Arena Joint Union High School District for the upcoming November 3, 2026, election: the Governing Board intends to make an appointment to fill this vacancy.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT: Any resident of the Arena Union Elementary/Point Arena Joint Union High School District who is 18 years of age or older, a registered voter, and not legally disqualified from holding public office is eligible to apply for appointment to the Governing Board.
