What is the meaning of “Kindness”? Kindness means being considerate, courteous, helpful and understanding of others. Showing care, compassion, friendship and generosity to others is a wonderful way to express kindness. We all feel good when we do something nice for someone when it is unexpected and brings happiness and joy to the other person.

No matter what time of year, practicing random acts of kindness should be an every day event.

Acts can be informal and simple. Share a smile, say hello, open a door for someone, and pay it forward! Acts can benefit one person, a larger group like your friends, neighbors, family or the whole community.
