  • Arena Elementary School Guidebook – Guidebooks are available online here and may be downloaded at your convenience. Changes will be made to the guidebook as needed.

Planning ahead is key to a successful school experience the first week, first month or first year for your child. Please notify the teacher or the school office if you are having technical difficulties with internet or devices. We are here to help.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM for Grades 1st through 8th The Kudos After School Program (ASP) info can be found here.

IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS Kindergarten, grades 7 & 8, and newly enrolled students must show proof of immunization to the school office before the student may enter school according to state law.

TK/Kindergarten-Polio, DTaP, MMR, Hepatitis B, and 2 Varicella

Grades 7th through 12th-Tdap Booster, Hepatitis B, and MMR

New students must show proof of the above immunizations accordingly.

INSTRUCTIONAL HOURS

Monday through Friday

School begins at 8:20 a.m.

Students must be physically in the classroom before tardy bell rings at 8:25 a.m.

Students who arrive late will need to go to the office for a tardy slip before going on to class.   

 

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Dismissal

2:15 p.m.        Kindergarten

2:15 p.m.        Grades 1st through 3rd

3:15 p.m.        Grades 4th through 8th

 

Wednesday Dismissal (Early Release Day)

All Grades will be dismissed at 1:35 p.m.

La escuela comienza a las 8:20 a.m.

Despido del miércoles (Día de liberación anticipada)
