We are pleased to announce that Julia Binnings, Mental Health Therapist has joined our staff at Arena Elementary.
Remember to talk about your feelings. When we share our feelings we are able to tell people how we feel. Use an “I” message to deliver a clear statement about your feelings. Example: I feel excited because I am going to the beach with my family. Or, I feel sad when you say mean things to me.
