Remember to talk about your feelings. When we share our feelings we are able to tell people how we feel. Use an “I” message to deliver a clear statement about your feelings. Example: I feel excited because I am going to the beach with my family. Or, I feel sad when you say mean things to me.

Crisis Text Line — This resource offers 24/7 crisis counseling to those who text HOME to 741741.
The Trevor Project — For LGBTQ students—especially in non-accepting families—social isolation at home may be difficult. Trained counselors are here to support 24/7, call the TRevorLifeline at 1-866-488-7386.
ActionNetwork — ActionNetwork is a local nonprofit organization serving our local community to support individuals and families with growing needs and services.
