9:35a.m. Sharp!! The annual COSTUME PARADE for Preschool, TK/K – 5th Grades will begin a procession walk from the primary playground through the middle school classroom breezeways, then to and through the school district office and back to the primary playground. Come cheer and clap for our student and staff participants.
4:30-6:00p.m. Our first annual TRUNK OR TREAT Event will take place on the Main Yard blacktop. Come, visit, and enjoy a few treats!
OCTOBER 31st -COSTUMES AT SCHOOL RULES AND EXPECTATIONS:
Students may come to school in costume on this day, provided they follow these rules:
- Students are expected to wear safe costumes.
- Students must arrive at school in costume/attire: no changing, putting on make-up, or prepping etc., will be allowed during school hours.
- Costumes shall not include weaponry or accessories (wands, swords, brooms, or other hand held pointed items)
- Costumes shall not be to gory or “bloody.”
- Students shall abide by the district dress and grooming policy and wear appropriate shoes and clothing.
- The only face mask acceptable to be worn all day is a medical face mask covering the nose and mouth. Costume masks may only be worn during parade time.
- Dress for the appropriate weather, as it is a full school day.
FRIDAY, November 1st- No school for students, only teachers.
