The 2022 California Poets State Anthology Reading will take place on February 26th, from 10 AM – 11:30 AM via Zoom.
The reading will be youth-led and youth-focused. Four youth poet laureates from across California, including Point Arena High School student and Mendocino County Youth Poet Laureate, will be the hosts. They will introduce poets who have been included in the anthology — including a number of youth from Mendocino County. If your student was published in the 2022 Statewide Youth Poetry Anthology, please reserve their spot in the lineup of readers by contacting Fernando Albert Salinas at fernando@cpits.org or Blake More, blake@arenatechcenter.org.
